Moving Checklist

How to prepare with Eco Movers

The best way to ensure a smooth moving day is to be sure you’re as prepared as possible! A few days prior to your move, we will send you an email asking to update your inventory of items and briefing you on our insurance options.

Please contact our office if you have any questions about your move, or if there are any changes that need to be made to better accommodate your needs on move day.

Reviewing and updating your inventory list

As we bill hourly, not per item, an exhaustive inventory isn’t necessary. However, it’s important to be as accurate as possible so your moving crew is prepared to meet your needs. If the crew arrives to find significantly more items than on the inventory, we may need to rewrite the estimate.
